ANSWER:

13 feet

 EXPLANATION:

Powers Place is in the historic Alvarado Terrace section of Pico-Union west of downtown LA. It is laid out in brick and runs between Alvarado Terrace and Bonnie Brae on the northern edge of Terrace Park. It runs for a total length of 13 feet.
